Welcome to your Online Precana Course

INSTRUCTIONS

Step One - Download the His and Her workbooks HERE.

Step Two - Fill in pages One to Four together and follow the instructions carefully on each page.

Step Three - Watch 'Episode One" and complete the workbook when asked to do so.

Step Four - Watch the other two 'Episodes' and complete the workbooks.

Step Five - Complete the CERTIFICATE QUIZ together. When you complete a quiz, Click on "CERTIFICATE" link and you will receive a certificate of completion automatically.

Step Six - Watch the other videos at your leisure over the next few weeks and discuss the content together.

Step Seven - Download the Mp3's and the E-Books and listen to / read them over the next few weeks.

Niamh Geaney and David Kavanagh touch on the topics involved in Communication & Conflict in a relationship. These topics range from ‘understanding communication’ and ‘communication between the sexes’ to ‘reflection time’ and ‘the main topics of arguments’.

In this video, David Kavanagh and Niamh Geaney are joined by a group of experts in various fields. The discussions with these experts, including Dr. Philip Boyle (a fertility expert), Colette O’Leary (a wedding planner) and Trish Murphy (a psychotherapist) touch on a variety of different challenges that face modern day couples.
